OutWork was built on a simple belief: nothing beats hard work done right. This branding project focused on translating that mindset into a visual identity that feels dependable, approachable, and unmistakably capable across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services. The challenge wasn’t just representing multiple trades — it was unifying them under a single, trustworthy brand presence. At the center of the identity is Ollie the Otter, a mascot chosen intentionally. Otters are natural problem-solvers, known for using tools, working together, and never backing down from a challenge — the same qualities customers expect when inviting a home service company into their space. The color palette balances energy and clarity: bold greens and oranges for visibility, paired with grounded neutrals that communicate professionalism. From vehicle wraps to uniforms and event setups, every asset was designed to be instantly recognizable, easy to trust, and impossible to confuse with competitors. OutWork doesn’t rely on flashy claims. The brand does the talking — before the work even begins.
