Siren Pipeworks | Branding and Marketing for a Plumbing & Gas Company.

Siren Pipeworks Plumbing and Gas in Norfolk, Virginia, was crafted to showcase the professionalism behind the company while celebrating the city's rich maritime heritage. When we began this branding project, one detail immediately caught our attention. Norfolk is known as the Mermaid City and is home to the world's largest naval station. We connected those elements to create a brand story that felt authentic to both the city and the trade. The first step was proposing a new name: Siren Pipeworks, a memorable play on Norfolk's iconic mermaid identity and the plumbing industry. To make the brand even more distinctive, we designed a confident mermaid resting on a rock while holding a pipe wrench. We then developed a backstory where she once guided sailors safely to shore, and today, she symbolizes the company's commitment to guiding homeowners safely through their plumbing challenges. The result is a highly intentional brand built around meaningful storytelling, memorable visuals, and a strong emotional connection with its audience. The visual identity was consistently applied across every touchpoint, including the vehicle wrap, brochures, valve tags, stickers, sublimated polos, and a complete suite of marketing materials.
