When a union-trained plumber with 15 years of big-city, commercial-scale experience trades Toronto for Prince Edward County, the brand has to do more than identify a truck — it has to tell that story with conviction. Turtle Bay Plumbing & Drains came to Bananas Creative with a clear vision: warm, trustworthy, rooted in the community, and nothing like the impersonal plumbing giants they'd left behind. We built a complete brand system (logo, vehicle wrap, print materials, apparel, and website); anchored by Turbo the Turtle, a mascot inspired by the native Blanding's Turtle, connecting conservation, local pride, and rapid response into a single, cohesive identity. The result is a brand that earns referrals before a single word is spoken.
